TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last Updated: 08/08/2026
- AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of arahmedrabbani.com (the “Site”), operated Ahmed Rabbani , including all content, PDF guides, digital products, membership services, and coaching programs offered through the Site (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing the Site, purchasing a product, subscribing to the Community, or joining the Cohort, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase any product or service from this Site.
- DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
We offer the following:
— Free digital content, including “The Renaissance Protocol” guide PDF, delivered in exchange for an email address.
— Individually purchasable digital PDF guides (“Pillar PDFs”).
— A recurring paid membership (“The Community”) providing access to all Pillar PDFs, additional resources, direct chat access, and live community sessions.
— A paid, limited-enrollment coaching program (“The Cohort”) providing live group sessions, 1-on-1 calls, and additional resources, billed monthly over a fixed 3-month term.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, including pricing, features, and availability of the Cohort program.
- ACCOUNTS
Some Services (the Community, the Cohort) require you to create an account. You agree to:
— Provide accurate, current information when registering.
— Keep your login credentials confidential.
— Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
- PAYMENTS, BILLING & SUBSCRIPTIONS
4.1 — One-Time Purchases (Individual PDFs)
Individual Pillar PDFs are sold at a fixed, one-time price displayed at checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
4.2 — Recurring Membership (The Community)
The Community is billed on a recurring monthly basis at the price displayed at checkout. Your subscription will automatically renew
each billing cycle until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle except as described in Section 5.
4.3 — The Cohort
The Cohort is billed monthly across a fixed 3-month program term. By enrolling, you commit to the full 3-month billing schedule unless
you cancel within the refund window described in Section 5. Cohort enrollment is limited and subject to availability; joining the waitlist does not guarantee a place in any specific cohort intake.
4.4 — General
All prices are listed in US Dollar and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices
for future billing cycles or new purchases at any time; existing subscribers will be notified in advance of any price change affecting their subscription.
Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe/PayPal/Razorpay). We do not store your full payment card details.
- REFUND POLICY
5.1 — Individual PDFs
Due to the nature of instant-access digital products, all individual PDF purchases are final and non-refundable once the download has been accessed, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
5.2 — The Community
Community membership fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law. You may cancel at any time to prevent future billing.
5.3 — The Cohort
Cohort payments are eligible for a full, no-questions-asked refund if requested within the first 7 days of your initial payment. Refund requests made after this 7-day window are not eligible for a refund for that billing period, but you may cancel to prevent future charges. To request a refund, contact arahmedrabbani@gmail.com
5.4 — Statutory Rights (UK/EU Customers)
If you are a consumer located in the UK or European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital content purchase.
For digital content delivered instantly, this right is typically waived once you begin downloading or accessing the content and you
have expressly consented to this waiver at checkout. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory right you hold under UK or EU consumer protection law.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Site — including but not limited to the Pillar PDFs, the Guide, written material, frameworks (including but not
limited to the Neural Logic Network, the Root Spurt, Noah’s Diegesis, the Incarnation Principle, and all other original frameworks), video
content, graphics, and the Renaissance Protocol name and logo — is the property of [Your Legal Name or Business Entity] and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Purchasing or accessing any product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. You
may not reproduce, distribute, resell, publicly share, or create derivative works from any purchased or free content without our express written permission.
- COMMUNITY & COHORT CONDUCT
If you participate in the Community chat, live sessions, or the Cohort, you agree to:
— Engage respectfully with other members and with us.
— Not share, screenshot, or redistribute PDF content, session recordings, or materials outside the platform they were provided on.
— Not use the community space for solicitation, advertising, or unrelated commercial activity.
We reserve the right to remove any member from the Community or Cohort, without refund of the current billing period, for conduct that violates these Terms or disrupts the experience of other members.
- NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
The Renaissance Protocol, including the Guide, Pillar PDFs, Community, and Cohort, is an educational and personal development program. It is not medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care from a licensed practitioner.
Individual results vary. Any results, testimonials, or outcomes referenced on this Site — including the “10%+ reported profound,
lasting life change” figure — reflect self-reported outcomes from a specific prior group and are not a guarantee, promise, or prediction of the results you personally will achieve. Your outcomes depend on factors including your own effort, consistency, and circumstances, which are entirely outside our control.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health crisis, contact a licensed professional or emergency services in your area. This program is not designed or intended to treat any diagnosed condition.
- THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Some Services may be delivered in part through third-party platforms (for example, community chat hosted on Skool or Discord, live
sessions hosted on Zoom, or email delivery via MailPoet). Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms of service, and we are not responsible for their availability, performance, or policies.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Your Legal Name or Business Entity] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or
consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services, including loss of profits, data, or opportunity — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
- INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless [Your Legal Name or Business Entity] from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.
- TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Sections of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 8, 10, and 11) will continue to apply after termination.
- CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
- GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your Country/State], except where applicable consumer protection law grants you the right to bring a claim in your own jurisdiction.
